She just tested a deadlift sub-max at RPE 9.5, 100KG 220lbs, 6KG PR.
She did this test after a 4-week periodised strength mesocycle.
Why do we need to test our sub-maxes between mesocycles?
1. To keep our training intensity on point.
2. Help clients to stay away injuries
3. Longer progression
